Lucciola Partners, founded in 2005 by Isidoro Lucciola, is an independent advisory firm offering strategic, industrial and financial consulting services for the development and enhancement of companies. Lucciola Partners, thanks to the experience and expertise developed over degni years, is mainly active in financial restructuring and industrial turnaround offering advisory services in the processes of reorganization, restructuring and liquidation of companies in financial crisis and insolvency. The success of Lucciola Partners is based on the ability to establish a solid partnership with the client, supporting them at every stage of the process, and in the availability of a dedicated team of professionals who combine financial expertise and experience in the corporate field.

Our specialization in business crisis, knowledge of business processes and relationships built with the financial system, have favored in the development of a series of crisis management services(Chief Restructuring Officer, Controller and Business Plan Monitoring) that can support both internal crisis management and control and monitoring on the implementation of the business plan in the interest of business continuity and the best satisfaction of social creditors.

Debt Advisory Financial Restructuring

We assist our clients in financial structure redefinition and financial restructuring projects (Reorganization Agreements, Debt Restructuring Agreements and Preventive Arrangements), including by raising new financial resources, benefiting from established relationships with banks and private equity funds. We also carry out Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) services in the interest of Credit Institutions and investors, with independent monitoring activities on the economic, financial and equity performance of companies, compliance with plan objectives and the effective implementation of any corrective industrial and financial measures.

Strategic Advisory

Our team's experiences in the corporate field enable us to support our clients in industrial turn-around processes, business plan preparation, evaluation of complex investment projects and preparation rei related feasibility studies. We are also able to define and structure corporate and governance models.

Isidoro Lucciola

Founder and president of Lucciola Partners.

Isidoro Lucciola is a well-known Italian entrepreneur, investment banker and manager. He has governance experience in numerous public and private companies in Italy and abroad, both in the credit and financial and industrial sectors. Expert in digital issues, sustainable development and international negotiations. He has worked and concluded relevant transactions in several foreign countries in which he has developed important relationships. He is founder and Chairman of L&P Investments Group and its subsidiaries (Appeal Strategy & Finance, Loan Agency Services, Lucciola & Partners and previously founded and divested fintech companies). He has experience as president of bank, SGR – Asset Management Company, national broadcaster, biotech startup, and as board member of sovereign wealth fund and companies in Italy and abroad. He has continuous academic teaching experience in public and private universities and master’s degree programs. He has received prestigious awards for his work in different fields of the financial sector. Prior to 2005, he was a Partner and Equity Partner of a leading strategic consulting firm, Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of a pan-European telecommunications company, CFO and Director of Development, with general management responsibilities, of a large Italian multi-utility, Assistant to the CEO and Head of Foreign Credits of the Italian development bank at the time wholly owned by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Vice President & Senior Banker of a prestigious international bank with responsibilities for EMEA trade & project finance and large European clients, Contract Manager of a large engineering company.

Alessio Turco

Managing director of Lucciola Partners.

With over 20 years of experience, Alessio has acquired deep expertise in corporate finance and debt advisory in international and local projects. Alessio also has extensive experience as CFO of listed companies. Previously: (i) Associate Partner of PwC Advisory (2016-2017 – Corporate Finance & Business Recovery Service), Managing Partner of Lucciola & Partners (2007-2016 – Strategic and Financial Consulting), Chief Financial Officer of Eems Group (2004 -2007 – Listed Company – Semiconductors and Renewable Energy) and Head of Finance of Lottomatica Group (2000-2004 – Listed Company – Games and Entertainment).
